The Village & Co. LLC – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after 15 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags must still be attached
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any stains/odors
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items (NO EXCEPTIONS)
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Earrings and necklaces
- Swimwear
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (including hats, etc.)
- Bodysuits and undergarments
- Gift cards
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
